Q2-LS is a halogen-free, polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components due to its low minimum shrink temperature of 65°C and full recovery at 95°C. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, is black in color, and meets SONY-SS-00259 with CSA File No. 242540. The tubing is RoHS compliant, passes FMVSS 302 flammability testing, and exhibits tensile strength greater than 12 MPa and elongation over 400%. It has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm and shows no copper corrosion or breakdown under AC 2500V for 1 minute. The product is supplied in cut lengths with specified inside diameters after recovery and corresponding wall thicknesses, available in standard packaging sizes.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
