Q2-LS-2-01-MS50FT is a 2:1 shrink ratio, thin wall, halogen-free polyolefin heat shrink tubing designed for applications with heat-sensitive components, requiring low shrink temperatures. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 65°C, and full recovery at 95°C. The tubing is black, RoHS compliant, meets SONY-SS-00259, and has CSA File No. 242540 approval. It passes FMVSS 302 flammability testing, exhibits tensile strength exceeding 12 MPa, and elongation over 400%. After recovery, it has an inside diameter of 25.4 mm and a wall thickness of 1.1 mm. The standard packaging is 50 feet per bag.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
