Q2-LS heat shrink thin wall tubing is a halogen-free polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components due to its low minimum shrink temperature of 65°C and full recovery at 95°C. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, is black in color, and complies with RoHS and SONY-SS-00259 standards. The part meets UL 224 for copper stability and corrosion, FMVSS 302 flammability, and has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. The specified size for 1/8 inch nominal bore is provided in the product dimensions table, with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm and 500 feet per spool.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
