Q2-LS thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 65°C, and full recovery at 95°C. The tubing is black, RoHS compliant, and meets SONY-SS-00259 and FMVSS 302 flammability standards. For the 1/4 inch as-supplied size, the inside diameter after recovery is 3.2 mm with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm, supplied in 500-foot reels. Approvals include CSA File No. 242540.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
