Q2-LS is a thin-wall, halogen-free polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components due to its low minimum shrink temperature of 65°C and full recovery at 95°C. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, is black in color, and meets SONY-SS-00259 and FMVSS 302 standards. The tubing is RoHS compliant and has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. For the 1/4 inch nominal size, the as-supplied inside diameter ranges from 6.4 mm to 3.2 mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm minimum, supplied in 100-foot lengths.

Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
