Q2-LS series thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free polyolefin product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for applications involving heat-sensitive components. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 65°C, and full recovery at 95°C. The tubing is black, RoHS compliant, meets SONY-SS-00259, and has CSA File No. 242540 approval. It passes FMVSS 302 flammability and UL 224 copper stability and corrosion tests. The part Q2-LS-1-01-QB48IN-5 corresponds to a 1-inch nominal inside diameter after recovery, supplied in 48-inch lengths, consistent with the series dimensions. Manufactured with modified radiation cross-linked polyolefin. This specially designed halogen free formulation makes the tubing very flexible and shrinks at low temperature. Suitable for applications where heat sensitive components are used and quick shrinkage is required. The flammability of the tubing meets the automotive flame propagation standard FMVSS 302. Although very flexible, it has good mechanical and electrical performance.
