Q2-HF thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin tube designed for environmental safety in electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, shrinks at a minimum temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets UL VW-1 flammability rating, has a dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, and complies with RoHS standards. Standard colors are black and white. For size 9.0 mm as-supplied diameter, the recovered inner diameter is 60.0 mm with a wall thickness of 1.00 mm, supplied on 30-meter spools.
