Q2-HF thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for use in electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, shrinks fully at 100°C, and meets UL 224, ASTM D2671, and IEC 216 standards with a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm and VW-1 flammability rating. The tubing is RoHS compliant, available in black or white, and has a maximum eccentricity of 30%. For the 6.0 mm as-supplied diameter variant, the recovered inside diameter is 35.0 mm, wall thickness is 1.0 mm, and it is supplied in 50-meter spools.
