Q2-HF thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free, flame-retardant, low-smoke polyolefin tube with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for use in electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, shrinks fully at 100°C, and has a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C. The tubing meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements, has a dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, and is RoHS compliant. Approved under CSA File No. 242540, it is available in black or white, with other colors upon request. The 6mm nominal as-supplied diameter corresponds to a 3.00 mm inside diameter after recovery, with a 0.56 mm wall thickness and a standard packaging length of 100 meters per spool.
