Q2-HF series thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin tube with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for environmental compliance in electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing exhibits tensile strength greater than 12 MPa, elongation over 400%, and dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. It meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements, resists copper corrosion, and is RoHS compliant. Standard colors are black and white. Sizes range from 1.0 mm to 14.0 mm as-supplied inner diameter, with wall thicknesses between 0.33 mm and 0.69 mm depending on size. The Q2-HF-4MM-03-SS200M variant corresponds to the 4.0 mm as-supplied inner diameter size with 200 meters per spool, consistent with the series specifications.
