Q2-HF series thin wall heat shrink tubing has a 2:1 shrink ratio, is halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant, and RoHS compliant. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets UL VW-1 flammability standard, achieves dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, and passes copper stability and corrosion tests per UL 224. Standard colors are black and white. The part number Q2-HF-3MM-03-SS200M corresponds to the 3.0 mm as-supplied diameter variant, which contracts to a 15.0 mm recovered diameter with a wall thickness of 0.44 mm and is supplied on 200-meter spools.
