Q2-HF series thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin tube with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for environmental compliance in electronics, communication, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, shrinks at a minimum temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements, has a dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, and is RoHS compliant. Available in black or white, it exhibits tensile strength exceeding 12 MPa and elongation over 400%. Dimensions vary by size; the 28 mm as-supplied diameter corresponds to a 14.0 mm recovered inner diameter with a 0.69 mm wall thickness on a 50-meter spool.
