Q2-HF is a low smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for electronics, communication, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and ASTM standards for tensile strength (>12 MPa), elongation (>400%), longitudinal shrinkage (0 to +5%), dielectric strength (>20 kV/mm), and copper stability. It is VW-1 rated for flammability, passses copper corrosion testing, and is RoHS compliant. Standard colors are black and white. Product dimensions are supplied for sizes from 1.0 mm to 14.0 mm inside diameter, with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.33 mm to 0.69 mm and spool lengths from 15 m to 200 m.

In addition the common fine physical and chemical specifications the tube also shows excellent flame-retardant, insulation, low temperature shrinking and flexible properties and thus is widely used in electronics, communication and the auto industry.
