Q2-HF is a thin-wall, heat-shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, made from halogen-free, flame-retardant material that meets environmental safety requirements. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing exhibits tensile strength greater than 12 MPa, elongation over 400%, and dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. It is rated VW-1 for flame resistance, passes copper stability and corrosion tests per UL 224, and is RoHS compliant. Standard colors are black and white. Dimensions vary by size; for example, the 15.0 mm as-supplied diameter shrinks to 7.50 mm with a wall thickness of 0.69 mm. Approvals include File No. 242540.
