Q2-HF is a thin-wall, halogen-free, flame-retardant heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for environmental safety in electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing exhibits tensile strength greater than 12 MPa, elongation over 400%, and dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. It meets VW-1 flammability requirements and passes UL 224 copper stability and corrosion tests. RoHS compliant, available in black or white, with standard packaging in 50 m or 100 m reels depending on size.
