Q2-HF heat shrink tubing is a low smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin tube with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL VW-1 flammability criteria, has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm, and passes UL 224 copper stability and corrosion tests. It is RoHS compliant and available in black or white. Product dimensions include an as-supplied inside diameter of 10.0 mm and wall thickness of 0.56 mm, recovering to 70.0 mm inside diameter and 1.20 mm wall thickness. Standard packaging is 100 meters per spool.
