Q2-HF is a thin-wall, heat-shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for environmental safety as a halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant product used in electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, shrinks minimally at 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements, has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm, and complies with RoHS. Standard colors are black and white. Physical dimensions are provided for inside diameters from 1.0 mm to 14.0 mm as supplied, recovering to 50% of that size, with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.33 mm to 1.30 mm depending on size. Tensile strength exceeds 12 MPa and elongation exceeds 400%. Copper stability and corrosion resistance are certified per UL 224. Approval is registered under File No. 242540.

In addition the common fine physical and chemical specifications the tube also shows excellent flame-retardant, insulation, low temperature shrinking and flexible properties and thus is widely used in electronics, communication and the auto industry.
