Q2-HF thin wall heat shrink tubing is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin tube with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for electronics, communication, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements, has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm, and is RoHS compliant. Standard colors are black and white. For the 10 mm as-supplied size, the recovered inside diameter is 5 mm, wall thickness is 0.56 mm, and standard length is 30 meters per spool.
