Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio and provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and is VW-1 rated for flammability. It withstands 600V, is RoHS compliant, and contains no PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, or lead. The 5/8 inch as-supplied size has an inside diameter of 15.9 mm and a wall thickness of 0.68 mm post-shrink. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. Packaging is 50 feet per spool for this variant.
