Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, passes VW-1 flammability testing, and is rated for 600V. It is RoHS compliant, lead- and cadmium-free, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. For the 5/8 inch (15.9 mm) inside diameter size, the recovered wall thickness is 0.68 mm, and it is packaged in 50-foot lengths on spools.
