Q2-F-5/8-02-MS50FT is a thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It has an inside diameter of 15.9 mm as supplied and shrinks to 8.0 mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.68 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing complies with SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, meets Sony-SS-00259, and is rated VW-1 for flammability with a 600V dielectric withstand. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The part is supplied on a 50-foot spool.
