Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame rated, and withstands 600V. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The 5/16 inch (8.0 mm) nominal ID after recovery has a minimum wall thickness of 0.62 mm and is supplied in 48-inch lengths packaged in 25-piece bags.
