Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and carries UL VW-1 and 600V ratings. It is RoHS compliant and free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. The 5/16 inch (8.0 mm) inside diameter version has a 0.62 mm wall thickness after recovery and is supplied in 50-foot spools. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
