Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and RoHS compliant. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For size 4 mm (1/4 inch) nominal inside diameter, the wall thickness is 0.56 mm, and it is supplied on a 100-foot spool.
