Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and is rated VW-1, 600V, with file numbers E236137 and 242540. It contains no PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, or lead and is RoHS compliant. The 3/8 inch nominal inside diameter after recovery has a wall thickness of 0.62 mm. It is supplied on a 100-foot spool with a cut-to-length standard packaging code MS.
