Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and component protection. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing has a wall thickness of 0.62 mm when recovered from an initial inside diameter of 9.5 mm, packaged in 100-foot spools. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, passes VW-1 flammability, and is RoHS compliant. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead.
