Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, with VW-1 flammability rating and 600V dielectric strength. It is RoHS compliant and free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. This variant has an inside diameter of 1.2 mm before shrinking and 0.6 mm after shrinking, with a wall thickness of 0.40 mm. It is supplied on a 100-foot spool. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
