Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and component protection, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and full recovery at 100°C. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and carries UL File Nos. E236137 and 242540, with VW-1 flammability rating and 600V dielectric strength. The tubing is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The 3/64 inch nominal inside diameter as supplied shrinks to 1.2 mm, with a wall thickness of 0.40 mm and length of 100 feet per spool.
