Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio, operating temperatures from -55°C to +135°C, and a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C with full recovery at 100°C. It complies with SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and meets VW-1 flammability rating. The tubing is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and provides dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear, it is supplied in 200-foot spools for the 3/4 inch size with an inside diameter of 19.1 mm and a wall thickness of 0.68 mm after recovery.
