Q2-F series thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and protection for splices, terminals, and in-line components. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks at a minimum temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and has VW-1 flammability rating with 600V voltage withstand. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. For the 3/4 inch (19.1 mm) inside diameter size, the recovered wall thickness is 0.68 mm, supplied on a 50-foot spool.
