Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing is a 2:1 shrink ratio, flexible, flame-retardant tubing for electrical insulation and component protection, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and full recovery at 100°C. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is RoHS compliant, and free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. The 3/32 inch (2.4 mm) inside diameter as supplied reduces to 1.2 mm after shrinking, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.48 mm. It is packaged on a 100-foot spool (MS). Approvals include File No. E236137, File No. 242540, VW-1, and 600V dielectric rating.
