Q2-F series thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks fully at 100°C, and meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards. The tubing is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, RoHS compliant, and free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For the 3/32 inch (2.4 mm) inside diameter size, the as-supplied wall thickness is 1.2 mm, recovered wall thickness is 0.48 mm, and it is supplied in 100-foot spools.
