Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and component protection, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and full recovery at 100°C. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and carries VW-1 flammability rating and 600V dielectric withstand. The tubing is RoHS compliant, contains no PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, or lead, and is available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. For size 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) inside diameter as supplied, the recovered inside diameter is 4.8 mm with a minimum wall thickness of 0.48 mm, supplied on a 100-foot spool.
