Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and strain relief for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks at a minimum of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and RoHS compliant. The material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For the 3/16 inch nominal inside diameter as-supplied size, the recovered inside diameter is 4.8 mm with a minimum wall thickness of 0.48 mm. It is available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
