Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices with a 2:1 shrink ratio. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks at a minimum temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and is VW-1 flame retarded with a 600V voltage rating. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For size 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) inside diameter as supplied, the wall thickness is 0.48 mm, and it is supplied in 100-foot spools with a 30-foot cut length option. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
