Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and component protection, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and full recovery at 100°C. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant rated, and withstands 600V. The tubing complies with RoHS and is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For the 3/16 inch as-supplied size, the inside diameter is 4.8 mm, wall thickness is 0.48 mm, and it is supplied on 100-foot spools.
