Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation and mechanical protection for wires, terminals, and splices with a 2:1 shrink ratio. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks at a minimum temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and has VW-1 flammability rating. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and offers dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
