Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices with a 2:1 shrink ratio. It is available in multiple sizes with an inside diameter ranging from 1.2 mm to 151.0 mm before shrink, and wall thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 1.40 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, passes VW-1 flammability test, and is rated for 600V. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The part is supplied on spools with standardized packaging lengths.
