Q2-F is a 2:1 shrink ratio, thin-wall heat shrink tubing designed for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing has a wall thickness of 1.40 mm for the 6-inch size, an inside diameter of 151.0 mm as supplied and 75.0 mm after recovery, and is supplied in 6-foot lengths per spool. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, is VW-1 flame rated, dielectric strength exceeds 20 kV/mm, and is RoHS compliant. The material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
