Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flexible, flame-retardant tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, used for electrical insulation and protection of wires, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks at a minimum of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and carries UL VW-1 flammability rating with 600V dielectric withstand. The material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and is RoHS compliant. The part number Q2-F-2-08-MS50FT corresponds to the 2.0 mm inside diameter after recovery, with a 0.8 mm wall thickness, supplied in 50-foot spools.
