Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of splices, terminals, and in-line components. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and has approvals including E236137, 242540, VW-1, and 600V dielectric rating. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors. The product has tensile strength >14 MPa, ultimate elongation >600%, and dielectric strength >20 kV/mm. For the 2 mm inside diameter, recovered size variant with 48 inch length and QB packaging, it is supplied as cut-to-length spools with 50 pieces per bag.
