Q2-F is a thin-wall, heat-shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and carries UL File Nos. E236137 and 242540 with VW-1 flammability rating and 600V voltage withstand. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The wall thickness after recovery is 0.62 mm for the 3/4 in. (19.1 mm) inside diameter size, supplied on 15-ft spools with 15 pieces per spool.
