Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and RoHS compliant. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. For the 2mm as-supplied diameter variant (Q2-F-2-02), wall thickness is 0.40 mm, recovered diameter is 1.2 mm, and packaging is 50 feet per spool.
