Q2-F-1/4-08-SS500FT is a 2:1 shrink ratio thin-wall heat shrink tubing with an as-supplied inside diameter of 6.4 mm and a wall thickness of 0.56 mm, designed for electrical insulation and component protection. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3, Sony-SS-00259, and is rated for 600V with VW-1 flammability compliance. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and has a dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm. Packaging is supplied on a 500-foot spool.
