Q2-F-1/4-07-SS500FT is a 2:1 shrink ratio thin wall heat shrink tubing designed for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It has an inside diameter of 6.4 mm as supplied and shrinks to 3.2 mm after recovery, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.56 mm. The tubing operates from -55°C to +135°C, requires 70°C for minimum shrink and 100°C for full recovery, and meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards. It is VW-1 flame retardant, RoHS compliant, and free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. The product is supplied in a 500-foot spool.
