Q2-F series heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation and protection for components, terminals, and splices with a 2:1 shrink ratio. It has an inside diameter of 1.6 mm as supplied and 0.8 mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 0.40 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and is RoHS compliant. The material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. This variant is supplied on a 100-foot spool.
