Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, requires a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, complies with VW-1 flammability rating, and has a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The 1/16 inch as-supplied inside diameter corresponds to a 0.40 mm wall thickness after recovery. Packaging includes 100 feet per spool (MS100FT).
