Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio provides electrical insulation and strain relief for in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks at a minimum temperature of 70°C, and fully recovers at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame retarded, rated for 600V, and RoHS compliant. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For the 1 1/4 inch nominal inside diameter before shrink, the wall thickness is 1.00 mm and recovery length is 8 feet per spool.
