Thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. Operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. Meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, with VW-1 flammability rating and 600V voltage withstand. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. RoHS compliant. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. Tubing dimensions for 1-inch nominal inside diameter after recovery are 25.4 mm inside diameter, 12.7 mm outside diameter, and 0.87 mm wall thickness, supplied on 200-foot spools.
