Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, with approvals including E236137, 242540, VW-1, and 600V dielectric rating. It is RoHS compliant, free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The part is supplied in 50-foot spools with an inside diameter of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and a recovered wall thickness of 0.87 mm.
